OUR GUARANTEE

All our replicas undergo rigorous quality control and are delivered with three seals: one on the motor grip, one on the gearbox, and one on the hop-up unit. If one or more seals are removed or damaged, the warranty is voided.

Our customizations include a basic 6-month warranty, which can be extended for an additional 6 months via the extension SERVICE* , repeatable every six months.

The warranty covers any malfunction due to proper and intended use of the replica during the coverage period. Proper use is defined as normal use during military airsoft simulations. Damage caused by improper use, such as using the replica for unauthorized structural modifications or endurance tests not intended for normal operation, is excluded from the warranty.
