The UTR submachine gun replica, based on the AR platform and produced by Double Eagle, features several key components, including the upper and lower receivers, stock, and forend, all constructed of reinforced nylon rather than metal alloys. This design choice results in a lightweight replica, weighing just 2.5 kg. The modern, modular forend comes with compatible accessories, including rail covers, a handguard, and a Picatinny accessory rail. Additionally, the replica boasts an ambidextrous fire selector, cocking handle, bolt, and magazine release, making it suitable for both right- and left-handed users. The 6-position, side-folding telescopic stock features an adjustable cheekpiece and offers ample space for a battery (maximum length of 100 mm).

The mechanism is based on a v2 gearbox, featuring a quick-change spring system and mounted on 8mm steel ball bearings. The rotary hop-up further improves performance.
